Rain ke Boss

Beginning of October I started losing internet connectivity from Rain between 5pm and 10pm. I reported to them and within a day they responded and gave me instructions to follow to reconnect. For the first 2 days there was loadshedding in my area during the specific times so I couldn't do the instructions. On both days Rain sent me emails to check if I had managed and I explained the situation. On day 3 I tried but failed to follow one of the instructions. Just as I was thinking of contacting Rain I realised I could connect 24/7 with no problem. Their technical guy sent me.an email to advise they had disconnected me from the booster that was giving me.problems and connected me to another one. Up to today I am very happy. 3 of us connect everyday with no problem. I would recommend Rain 100% to friends . They communicate, they follow up and they solve the problem. And they are affordable.
