Rain just wants your money

I have changed my payment date in December 2023 but still they are deducting on 25th of Every month. My circumstances has changed and prefer payment on last day of Every month. Now my internet is off. No help from calls centre and can't lof tickets unless payment is made. I'm working from home and also the bank charges me for insufdicient funds . This is unacceptable.
