RAIN - Just Pathetic... STAY AWAY

So. I ordered a 4g unlimited Sim, which promises speeds of up to '10mbps'. Which is decent. First problem, the sim was suppose to be activated after 24hrs from when I received it. It wasn't. It took way longer, and when I asked why is not not active yet, the answer was quite comprehensive, and really technical "not really sure why, sir". Moving on... now you would expect smooth sailing from there...no,no,no. The speeds I am getting is way less than 10mbps, it barely hits 1mbps.

Can this company just close up shop because, there product quality is poor, there support agents are poor, pretty sure they just recycling the answers to you and not really understanding your problem.

Super glad, I did not opt for their 5g. Mtn or Vodacom may be more expensive, but at least they have quality and there support staff know what they are doing.

AVOID THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL BE CLOSED IN A YEAR.
