Rain just doesn't work

Rain is a very good idea but they have just not got it right. their call center just does not work. Earlier I tried to contact their call center, it rang for about 20 minutes and was answered and almost immediately the call dropped, I tried again and let it ring for 25 minutes with no response, I gave up. The problem that I wanted to tell them about was a very serious problem. I had my phone with me the whole day and it did not ring at all and yet I received 5 SMS messages to tell me that I had missed calls.
