Rain just cut lines even if its paid

I paid my rain on the 15th of December with an amount of R479. This morning my Rain stopped working and I logged into my account now it says Im still owing them R309...How is that possible as a full month is not even past yet? Rain fix your systems and communication as Im really unhappy about this.
