Rain just became Telkom!!

For the longest time I raved about Rain and their service but then about 2 - 3 years into my stay with them, my router starts giving me problems. I report this in February of 2023 and I try and get their attention with calls and emails but to no avail.

It is now almost October, almost a full 9 months into me pleading with them to come and replace the router as it is not functioning properly.

I'm at my wits end and this review is my last ditch attempt to get them to do something.

Well, wouldn't this be just like Rain. So, I call Rain to find out if my replacement router is on the way as I don't trust their promises at this point. Only to find out, Hakeem Benjamin called me to, once again, make another empty promises. He even promised to email me with the details and the reference number would be in the email and even that did not arrive. There is a record of a call but no notes, no order, nothing! I even called the courier to be sure I'm wrong and even they don't have a record of a router being delivered to me. Not only are they slowly devolving into the likes of Telkom and the rest but they simply flat out refuse to help their highest paying customers. Not even Telkom has ever done that. Food for thought.
