RAIN just a nother uselis provider

Just another typical sa company were u pay for a service u dont get . My debit order went trough as every month yet my rain sim has been de activated since begining of the month. I have loged 5 calls with their call center just to be told every time it will be escalated (apparently rain code for not my problim ) since no one has contacted me and my internet wich has been paid 10 days ago is still off . When will sa finaly get a internet provider that actually provides ?
