Rain its worse service ever
In my point of view. Rain doest give a good services. When you stop paying your wifi stops but they expect you to pay. They will tell you that their service it's active. Active how but you can't use those services. I regret using them i should have went for Vuma. I cannot even cancel their services. Worst service ever

Please be advised we charge for active service, this means that as long as the SIM card is active and no cancellation request has been sent, you will be billed accordingly based on a monthly subscri[option, if you no longer require our services, you would have to request cancellation, we do see that you have an outstanding balance of R1,707.00 that requires payment. You can make payment via our website, https://www.rain.co.za/login/home or via the my rain application by signing in with your email address and password and following the payment prompts.
