Rain it's getting tiring now

I am absolutely beside myself with Rain Network! This is NOT funny anymore. Ever since the day I complained about the billing, my network has been painfully slow and keeps disconnecting. This CANNOT be a coincidence!!!

You try to chat on the app only to be given useless bots that spit out nothing but generic, copy-pasted responses. Rain Network is far too expensive to be this utterly useless! I know you don’t care about your customers, but for heaven's sake, at least provide us with the service we pay for!!!

Is it too much to ask for just three months just THREE MONTHS without having to complain or deal with an issue? I am fed up! Can someone please, for once, have my network properly checked and provide me with actual feedback? This is beyond unacceptable!
