RAIN - it never Rains it pours

Not even deserving of 1 star. What you buy and pay for is not what you get. I’ve had their 5G service for 2 months logged over 8 support tickets and never once reached the speeds or near the speed we were being charged for. The support is useless always some excuse. I cancelled this pathetic service . My 2mbps ADSL performed better than their 30/30mbpsbpackage.. what a joke.. you cannot even watch a movie without constant buffering,.. Waste of money and time. Biggest regret to chose this ISP.
