Rain Issues not reconnected

Dear rain am so dissapointed with your service, I activated promise to pay then was asked to pay R50 then the remaining amount on the 1st of March, it's been over an hour now, am still not reconnected and am using this rooter to work, am so dissapointed, called but not assisted, my airtime is even finished, I don't know what to do now..
