Rain Issues

Purchased the Premium package on the 26th August. Promotion was "two routers for the price of one.. keep two or pass one on to a friend of neighbor." I received only one router , reported the issues as soon as i revived the package ( containing one router). call them for a week, thought i should speak to a manager... still waiting on them to call after requesting that for the past 2weeks.. in total waiting for 3 weeks. last reference number ...
