Rain issues

After a dozen calls made to Rain I’m still running under 500kbps download and over 3 mbps upload. Sometimes they reset it and it works for approximately 24hours and then I’m back to square one. It’s been going on for around 3 months. I’ve been a customer for around 2 years and everything was fine until recently. Unfortunately we don’t have any land lines on the plots in kleinfontein so this is our only option. Used to run 10-11.5mbps without problems but we’ve been paying for a service that we’re not getting. Is there anyone who has the same issue. Is there someone who can advise me what to do? Can’t make 5 calls every week just to get internet for a day or 2
