Rain ISP’s terrible customer service

Rain has the worst customer service ever. When it works, it works well but the minute you have an issue you are on your own. I’ve been having connectivity issues with their 5G for the past couple of days. I can’t get a hold of them on their chat service online because it kicks you out when you get to the front of the queue. When you call you are on hold for atleast an hour before someone answers the phone and still your problem goes unresolved. On twitter they send you tweet saying someone will DM you and that goes unanswered as well. I’ve never dealt with customer service this bad in my life. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone ever.
