Rain ISP Worst service

Worst service, Cancelled my month to month contract 1s of December 21, phoned them 3/4 times, got a mail a mail from them, I rep**** to the mail, no contact again and 31st December they took a payment from me. I phoned again today, 05/01/22 with promises that they will get in touch with me.
