Rain ISP VERY BAD
Rating this ISP 1 STAR is too much.
From day 1 my speeds have been under 1Mpbs. I know that my speeds are being throttled and they refuse to help. I have raised +-5 tickets all they can say is move teh router around. Which I have done. They gave my brother the same run around and after several queries raised 1 agent fixed the problem in a day.
Im raisng it with hello peter as i feel this is the only way Rain will resolve my query.
