Rain ISP - useless !!! Stay Away - stick to the normal providers
My company looked at options for some of our employees that work from home. One lady bought the device on Tuesday 2nd Nov, was told 24hrs for sim to be activated - Sunday 7th still nothing!!! Ref ***1. I myself have queried and got supervisor commitment it would be active in 30 mins. That was Friday. This will be the first and last Rain experience for our company employees. Your service is shocking. I will not recommend rain to anyone. Best you up your game quickly or you’ll be out of business really soon. Pathetic!!!

08 Nov 2021, 09:30Still useless and pathetic!!! Got the below response yesterday and surprise, my colleague had to phone them to follow up. She is an intern and has not been able to work for a week now. The response to her - we'll send you a new sim. No idea how long this will take. Again - I stress to anyone reading this - do NOT consider Rain as an option. I am now going onto every social media platform twice a day until Rain get their act together. This is unacceptable. My next step is the consumer council.
