RAIN ISP totally useless-STAY AWAY!!!

I which a minus rating was available, don't ever think of using this company at all. It will bite you in the behind. I don't think their 5G-network lasted 6 months in Pta. No support, no communication, no way to contact/reach them at all. They don't take any voice-calls, because of the virus??? but they take the money every month. And now you can't cancel your contract, because nobody answer a phone or email-convenient hey!!
