Rain ISP - Terrible customer service and 2G internet speeds!

What is happening to service delivery in SA??!! I have had a few terrible experiences with some companies as of late .... now it's the Rain ISP!!! Their customer service has almost completely gone off-grid, their contact details removed everywhere and then we won't even talk about their internet speeds! If I get 1mb/s, then it's a fantastic day. Everywhere I see on Facebook and here on Hello Peter the same complaints .... WHEN WILL THE CONSUMER PROTECTION STEP IN???? This seriously is rediculous!!
