Rain ISP Speed

Just a word of warning, my wife recently took out a Rain 4G uncapped data package for R479.00 per month, which is month to month. Everything went well from time of order to delivery. The speed is pathetic, it is so slow. We have sent a message enquiring why this is so slow, waiting for an answer. They claim to offer up to 10Mbps we getting 660Kbps when I ran a speed test.
