RAIN ISP Shockingly Bad Service and Support

The RAIN Support Service is absolutely Disgusting and their License to provide the service they purport to be capable of should be terminated by ICASA with Immediate Effect !!! After 48 hours of attempting to register my SIM with RICA documentation, and three web-mail logged requests for assistance, they failed to register my SIM or to respond to my web-mail logged support requests. Rain only responded to my last Web-mail instructing them to cancel my account with immediate effect, which they did, which proves they are only capable of Terminating and Losing Customers, Not winning them over or providing any form of actual service which they advertise, and to top it all, they sent me two requests afterward to "Rate Their Service" which I did in no uncertain terms, and nobody attempted to contact me in an attempt to salvage the situation, which proves that their license to operate should be withdrawn !!!
