Rain ISP really bad

So I was in arrears with rain (how does that even happen I thought rain was month to month.) But spoke to a representative at rain to sort out a part payment plan but It never happened this morning my whole salary got taken out of my account from rain and I don't even earn that much and I have to pay other bills to.i don't know what I am going to do now.But am cancelling this service.
