Rain ISP poor service (very slow speeds and often cutting off)

Good day all. Rain ISP is good in terms of their pricing. It is affordable and worth the money for the amount of LTE data you get. The down side is that the speed/service provision is poor. I stay in the Lydenburg area (located in Mpumalanga) and the Rain LTE service is poor here. On average I get about 4Mbps download speeds and 0.1 to 0.3 Mbps upload speeds, and this is a LTE (4G) network that I am talking about so one would expect much higher speeds! Very often my internet totally cuts out also. I have excellent signal strength in my location but still the service is poor. I have tried moving my router to different locations in my house and this does not make a difference. I expect much higher speeds for a LTE network! Online gaming is one of my hobbies and I would strongly not recommend Rain LTE, especially if you are an online gamer. I am seriously considering other ISP options unless Rain can make some improvements. Rain ISP, please improve your network as soon as possible in my area, as well as any other slow speed areas as a matter of fact.
