Rain ISP poor customer service

You can see towards all the NON REPLIES on the feedback what internet service provider this is, they bluntly does NOT RESPOND OR ATTEND to internet problems, from the 19th of April 2020 i struggled to get a resolution to my internet problem and they DO NOT CARE to help there customers. This isp is far worse than Telkom and think twice before using them as you will have endless problems with them!!!!
