RAIN ISP PATHETIC

So disappointing. There online service does not work. Their call center does not work. No one can help you. All they can say / do is to say they will escalate your call. And then nothing. You pay upfront to activate. Then SIM doesn't work. Then you do sim swap. Then they say they cant activate it because they sent you a non swap sim. Then you try cancel. And system wont allow you to. The you try for another sim swap and system wont allow you to. Over a week,. Countless calls, Countless online support requests. Still not working. And all they have to di is activate the correct sim number. Unbelievably poor / non-existent service. Day light *******. Its now a week later and still no resolution.
