Rain ISP not worth it

Multiple calls logged for lack of network.. I go from full signal to zero network availability. Tickets get logged and tech support is to restart router.. usually doesn't do anything. Load shedding takes out towers yet when that is over still get no network. Get lip service of planned maintenance or upgrades when a service consultant does call. Then why not notify clients of such. Have had sporadic service for the last three days, causing me to spend additional monies loading data on cellphone.. have 5 towers within 2 kilometers of my location yet can only connect to 1. Response to issues has been to move router by window and closer to nearest tower. Any closer and I will be basing my router at the tower. Package price from rain was competitive and seemed like a worthwhile purchase. Don't bother.. spent the extra money on a reliable service provider.
