Rain ISP not always that great

Rain has a great product offering, but never buy your hardware through Rain e.g. I bought the 5G Router package which was great until the 5G router did not power on anymore, then you realise your mistake with Rain, they don't have support at all for technical problems. They are quite spectacularly useless. So buy a sim and airtime from Rain but get your hardware through a reputable vendor where you can walk in and replace your router quickly.
