RAIN ISP - NO support
I joined RAIN ISP last year in July, and for the first couple of months things went well, billing was on par, speed was good considering it is only an LTE connection. Then last week Thursday morning my connection was just off. I restarted the router, tried different things, even reset the router, but to no avail. I logged a call on Friday... nothing. I logged another call on Saturday... nothing. I then logged a call again on Sunday and after threatening to write a review on HelloPeter they called me. The guy explained that he could see that the device (my router) was connecting to the tower, but for some reason was not registering on the network. He said he will escalate the matter and get back to me. Since then... you've guessed it... NOTHING. I sent them a mail this morning at 08:30, and they did not even acknowledge receipt, let alone give an update. When you try calling them and you select the first option for support the phone rings once, and then... Here's the kicker... NOTHING!!!! In two days time they will be deducting their installment, regardless of the fact that I have not had service for five days (and counting). I think they are well on their way to becoming the new Telkom, or even Eskom!! Well done guys.
I trust you are well

Thank you for your response, however, this too did not happen. NO ONE contacted me, and I still do not have internet.
I think I must cancel this SIM, and get onther supplier.
This is insane.
