Rain ISP - NO SERVICE ON AFTER SALES, TAKES PAYMENT, WITHOUT PROVIDING SERVICE.

Complaint Title: Rain – All Promise, No Service, No Support

Rain has proven to be one of the most *********** ISP providers I have ever dealt with.

They market themselves as a reliable, high-performance internet provider, yet once payment is made, service delivery becomes optional and customer support virtually disappears. Repeated attempts to resolve issues lead nowhere — you are trapped in an endless cycle of chatbot interactions that offer scripted responses but no solutions.

There is no escalation, no ownership of faults, and no sense of urgency. Issues remain unresolved while customers are left without the service they are paying for.

An ISP’s core responsibility is connectivity. Rain consistently fails at this fundamental requirement, while continuing to bill customers for a service not delivered.

I would strongly advise anyone considering Rain to think twice. The frustration, wasted time, and lack of accountability are simply not worth it.
