Rain ISP is terrible

Terrible network on 4G/LTE - cannot add another 5G SIM to account because it is restricted to one 5G per profile. Support team is useless. They just say open another profile. This will mean 2 separate invoices per month. Every month when I need to download the invoice there is an error on the portal. Tried with, Edge, Chrome and Firefox. Again the support team is useless. Guys avoid Rain at all costs. Lower cost is not worth the aggravation if it never works properly.
