Rain ISP Is still really bad and have the worst customer support
Rain ISP Is still really bad and have the worst customer support. For the past few days i have had slow internet connection and speeds, i try phoning Rain and no response, i try emailing and no response

04 Jun 2025, 19:08I cannot get ahold of Rain at all, tried phoning multiple times to find out as to what's going as my network is sooo slow and the signal strength is weak.
Early in the morning the speeds are good but as the day progress and goes into night the speed is below 15mbps which terrible.

Is the nearest tower working properly? Cause you told me the tower was down.
I rebooted the device as you said and the signal strength is still weak and the speeds are still slow
