Rain ISP is so unprofessional

On the 18th of October, I reviewed rain for the order i made and paid for on the 7th October, just want to inform the public that I haven’t received my order as yet, today is the 6th of November, tomorrow is one month waiting for my 5G oder, please good people save yourselves from unnecessary stress with Rain, they are so unprofessional.

The only thing they are good at is sending what seems to be sincere apologies via emails because but still they don’t deliver. I begged them over and over to deliver the router as my work is entirely dependent on internet.

My complaints seem to fall on deaf ears as they are doing nothing to correct whatever error that’s on their side.
