Rain ISP is horrible dont ever sign up

The worst ISP possible. We activated a PREMIUM membership. Its been a week our router is still not working. No-one is contacting us from support and i have logged numerous tickets. We are paying for something that we are unable to use. Pathetic to say the very least!!!!!!!
