Rain ISP is beyond disappointing
The worst service provider. Sub par internet paired with subpar service. We cancelled it, gave back their booster aerial and they are continuing to debit our account. Dont waste your time or money. Thye also hid the cancellation button very well on a site designed to obsfucate complaints.

25 Oct 2024, 12:23Continue with that line and I will continue to complain. Get a higher person to escalate this issue. What part of cancelled do you not understand? So by Rain's logic I paid for September 2024 twice. Here is the timeline.
1 September 2024: Debit order was done
28 September 2024: Request for cancellation was received. I have the reference number for it
1 October 2024: Liased with CCD Couriers for the removal of the aerial I have email and reference number
4 October 2024: The aerial was promptly removed and services were stopped
25 October 2024: After we have cancelled, Rain debit our account postpaid for September you say? No acknowledgement of my cancellation request and processes?
25 October 2024: Unhelpful staff that parrot the same line. In my profile it shows that you want to bill me for October and November with no acknowledgement of cancellation when a cancellation should be properly noted and fulfilled.
You will not gaslight me to stay quiet. You make it inconveniencing to cancel as when I went to the one store you have, several people were also frustrated with cancelling their Rain including an old lady with a lawyer present. You have also made it difficult for people to cancel with obfuscated cancellation processes which is quite dishonest. Facilitate the refund, cancel my account and until that is done, I will complain to all who will hear me until you do.
