Rain ISP is a scan

I haven't used the rain sim card since March 2022 and now on the 2nd Sept they deducted R750 from my account. Their services has been suspended and yet I am paying for a suspended sim card. I can't even find an option to deactivate the sim on their app and they don't respond to the support mail that you send through their website. I have been trying to get help for months now. I just want my refund and the sim cancelled or deactivated please
