Rain ISP is a ****. Refuses to activate SIM after supplying RICA docs.

Rain is a ****. We just moved into a new address and wanted to use Rain as a temporary solution while our Fibre connection is installed. Unfortunately Rain refused to active our account because they do not see the Transfer Certificate (which is a legal document confirming residence, by the way) as a suitable Proof of Address. Irrespective, they were quick to debit our account!

Called them to cancel the order and refund me, and now I need to wait 14 days for the refund!
