RAIN ISP IS A ****

This network has all the hallmarks of a ****. There's a reason why they offer unlimited data at a low fixed fee - you'll be offline most of the time. I decided to try them on 10 August 2021 and cancelled after 4 days of frustration. They promised to refund all monies paid and actually confirmed that a refund was successfully processed on 17th August 2021. After 6 weeks of follow-ups a refund has still not been processed. Instead, they proceed to deduct more money from my bank account - all this for NO SERVICE rendered. This service was intended for school kids who can deal with over 8 hours of downtime each day. There's a reason why the more reliable networks are expensive - it's because they don't sell anyone a dream.
