Rain ISP is a Headache Not a Solution
From all my experience with Internet Service Provider and other services, I've never needed to go out of my way just to register on hellopeter and make a complaint. But Rain is the one to force me to register here and have my first complaint (it is that bad). Rain is the absolute worst, never have I experienced such terrible quality and service. The quality of internet is the worst and close to no support. I suggest if you have another ISP option don't waste your time on Rain. Don't need that extra stress or headache.

31 Jul 2020, 09:17It is fine, I have been contacted multiple times with no real solution, All your support does is reset my connection, I can't continue having your support reset every 2 days, really pointless. My conclusion is Rain is not a solution but a headache. Waiting for Fibre that will be available in a few months. Just wanted to let other people know how bad Rain is.

31 Jul 2020, 09:20And also nobody can give a full detailed technical information on how your packages are setup. Cause your 4G are so bad, my internet dies when I send out over 1mb attachment emails. Or when I upload my google drive. There is no upload speed. And I have asked for information on this since June. Nobody can give details, all they do is reset my connection (which does nothing).
