RAIN ISP ********** AND ************! BEWARE!!!!

Rain ISP just deducted R479 from my bank account from an apparent "Online Transaction", but I have never used Rain before, I have never authorised them for anything, app**** for anything from them ever, so this transaction is **********. I have tried to get hold of them via their website, it does not work, I have tried calling their customer service line, the line just gives a voice answering service saying they are only open between 8am and 8pm but the call was made after 9 am, tried that twice with no luck, sent them an email to ***, got a mailer daemon back saying the email does not exist, but this is the email address that is cached with google for them (had to use cached version seeing as the live website is down), so as far as I am concerned, Rain ISP does not actually exist, they **********ly ***** money from innocent civilians' bank accounts without their knowledge or authorisation even when you are not and have never been their client. They can take your money in a flash, but trying to get hold of them is physically impossible.

I hope somebody from Rain reads this and gets back to me because I want the money that you stole from me back IMMEDIATELY and I want you to explain to me how you ended up with my bank card details and prove to me that I or anybody I know actually authorised this ********** transaction. That is if your company even exists, since it is physically impossible to get hold of you, I can only assume Rain ISP is a **** ISP that only ****s people out of money or *****s from the public to make a living. I have reported the transaction as ********** to my bank and if Rain ISP does not make contact with me within 24 hours, I am going to report them to the FCSA as well, I am also going to send out a general warning memorandum to all major banks in RSA and I am also going to report them as ********** to the CIPC. It cannot be so easy to ***** people's money in this country, I refuse to believe that there is no remedy available to me for this crime! What kind of "mickey mouse" backyard operation, supposedly calling themselves "SOUTH AFRICA'S FIRST DATA ONLY NETWORK" does not even have a website, nor a customer care line and their only email address that exists comes back and says it does not exist. RAIN ISP reeks of *****, *******ion and theft and I will not be silenced!! You stole the wrong person's money!
