Rain ISP Feels like a ripoff
I can not advise anyone to get a rain contract, I am not sure if I am paying for 10mbps or 2.0 mbps because there is times where I get 0.7mbps, this is not acceptable, I am getting almost 40mbps with Vodacom at my flat.
