Rain ISP false Billing - MAKING YOU PAY MORE

I had went for the R595 option 2 no this ago. Last month my bill came to over R1300 and then I received a "Heads up" that the service charge is going up by R30 meaning I will pay R700 for the service yet if you add R30 to R595 it's nowhere near R700 plus I pay for the level up on the sim card which gets added. This month my bill is over R1600! Please explain

Problem 2: During the month of September, rain had a deal; 1 Gig for R10 and of course we went for it just to see you get the 1 gig once and the rest of the money gets added to your wallet even though you can't use it!

In my opinion the service works but the billing is a nightmare.

I only accept email correspondence. DO NOT CALL ME!
