Rain ISP debit order *******

So I purchased my 5G and router on the 1st December paid R460 then on the 8th I received the router and sim as soon as it was registered/ricad they deducted am amount of R410 I called support wanting my money back they tell me only in 3-7 days but I mean you took my money immediately so I want it back immediately. They say unfortunately it doesn't work like that. Just a bunch of ******* and ******.
