Rain ISP

Rain is a ****. On the site is shows fourways has 5G signal. Have wasted R700 and hours of my time trying to sort this out. There is no customer service. The fact that they cant set up any customer service people to answer calls is no surprise as there system doesn't work. Logged fault on their email system, given a ticket - no response. While people are desperate for connectivity and dont have spare cash and you continue to offer this product is dispicable.

I challenge the owners of Rain to respond to these complaints.
