Rain ISP are ******.

I stopped being a cleint of rain in April 2021. But they decided to debit an amount of R999 from my bank account this month, December 2022. Reaching the customer support is impossible but I received an email today explaining they couldn't debit on the agreed upon date (there was none) so I should pay using their payment system. I was not aware of any if this since I am not a client anymore and I have not spoken to anyone from rain since 2021. The email then explains they had no choice but to take the payment for April. BUT I AM NOT AN ACTIVE CLIENT OF RAIN AND HAVE NOT BEEN FOR 18 MONTHS. Rain has taken my money for no reason and I cannot get it back. It seems like rain decided people get bonuses in December so we will just ***** their money.
