Rain ISP

The service from Rain is absolutely disgusting, I keep on having to deal with the ******* ai bot arin to sort out my connection, I wish there was an alternative in my area

One tower or not at least have that one tower working, is it really that hard? I know you'll take the full sub off this month and then we're going to have a nice fight on our hands, down 1week so far, how many more weeks will it be down? And yes this is a public reply, others need to know what 'service' you get from rain

But there are no power issues anywhere near me, this sounds like a cop out but I guess there's nothing I can, so basically we're rain and we don't give a **** about customers just as long as they pay us every month cos low and behold they don't we'll use all our might to get our money

so your call centre supervisor called Janet phoned me and all I got from her is that she is sorry and the networks team are doing their best to fix the issue, if their best is going on 8days with no progress I'd hate to know what their worst is, but then this is south africa so I should learn to expect less other than more, just like every single political party, over promise and under deliver
