Rain is worst service provider ever
Rain is a total **** as they are fast to pitch a free month sign up bonus for only R1. We were hassled and called endlessly by consultants to close the deal. When we did the transfer we received our router on the 18th June 2025 which is two weeks later. We were told that our first payment will only be due on the 1st August but sad to say our service was stopped on the 1st July.
There is no feedback from customer services and when/if you get through you get told the matter will be escalated and someone will call back but that never happens!!!
Rain doesn't care about anything at all. Even there connectivity is bad!!!
Worst service provider ever!!!
