RAIN is WICKED!

Why is it a strugle to cancel my RAIN account? Ive been with RAIN for ove 6 years and now that i want to cancel because i no longer can afford it its a problem? Noone gets back to you and the account keeps getting billed is rain trying to bankrupt customers by delaying cancellation? Noone evens confirms that the cancellation has been logged for a month to month contract you need 20 days notice period but you cant even do that cause the minute you mention cancellation they dont respond. Even their AI robot SAM doesnt respond hai RAIN is WICKED!
