Rain is useless when it comes to support

Rain is useless. I phoned the support number. Waited 8min for them to pick up the phone to find out why the internet is not working. Still waiting... So thought while I wait I will leave a comment. We have a inverter so they can't blame Eskom for their device that's not working and i Can't complain about Rain's service because there is no service.
