Rain is useless service and don't suggest you use them, they are a bunch of theives

Rain debited my wife's account of a ridiculous amount, worst of all the account is not even on her name, it's on her brother's name. When we called numerous times with pathetic service, they keep passing you on to someone who is just as stupid as the one before. Eventually get hold of a person who can help and admitted they in the wrong and should never have debited my wife of that amount, actually no amount,they then say money will be refunded within 7 working days, after I fought and said it's literally our food money you playing with, this was on the 1st of Feb, it's now the 21st of Feb and still no money. I've had to beg and borrow money from friends and family to survive and these people just don't give a ****. They are useless, I would never recommend them to anyone, worst service I've experienced in south africa
