Rain is useless I'll never recommend!!
Nothing good to say about them!! I ordered my Rain on the 18th of September I only received it 7 days later where their time is 3 to 5 working days to deliver on arrival they only delivered my router NO SIM CARDS!! I called countless of times to no help now today is the 3rd of October I been debited R560.21 off my account yet I don't have the sim cards when I spoke to someone they tell me there is nothing they can do I need to go to my nearest branch so I must take time off work lose money there and use my petrol for something that was supposed to be delivered to me complete that's is unfair!! So no I do not recommend Rain to anyone they quick to take money but can't help with my issue

05 Oct 2023, 20:51I got contacted by a guy he assured me that I will get my sim cards! tomorrow is the 6th and still nothing no one has contacted me there after for delivery..he gave me his email address when I sent him an email It told me blocked that I can't send an email to him .. someone please help I don't know what to do they have taken my money but can't give me what I have paid for
